Alex Mouton aka Alexander Mouton of Saint Clair , MI was hired to assemble a playset. He hid all the materials and hardware that he didn’t use to hold it together. I found everything the next day and my husband reached out to him. I then reach out and asked for a refund or he had to come fix it. He said he would be back in 2 weeks then the morning he was supposed to come he claimed he couldn’t because their were too many mosquitos in my backyard. He said he would refund me and has now completely ignored me when I asked for 400 refund because I had to have some other people come out and take it apart and put it back together safely. My kids couldn’t get in it as the top was falling, slide wasn’t attached and so on.
