OK I know I should know better than to attempt to do any business with Nigeria. I did check out the individual wanting to invest in my start up business. He started out as Alexander Coleman on the web, but then revealed that he was Alexander Okafor, a promenant business man and head of Chicsion Group. It all looked good.
We even went to contract for a loan amount for 5 million dollars which was signed and notorized. Once it came time to fund the project, he wrote me and stated that he needed 200K for the Patriot Act clearance. I explained to him that the Federal Government does not work that way, and if a Patriot Act investigation were to happen that these folks are on the payroll.
