BEWARE OF ALEXANDER'S GALLERY!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SELL YOU POOR QUALITY FURNITURE. "RALPH ALEXANDER" sold us our furniture and demanded we pay cash to him upfront so that we could not charge back or get our money if the furniture wasn't up to par. Sure enough when we get our furniture the leather starts to immediately break down and the color instantly fades off within the first month. All of the furniture has become worn within less than 30 days and I am out of pocket thousands of dollars for poor quality furniture. So when I can Ralph Alexander on his cell at 707-771-0510 to tell him the seats are collapsing and arms on the chairs are breaking he does nothing! he refuses to come out to the home to inspect it and refuses to give us our money back or do anything! When we demanded our warrantee he refused to give it out to us over the past months. He finally released us the warrantee when it had expired!

 Ralph Alexander is a crook and a thief. He promised to take care of us and now will not even respond to us. 2 years has now passed and he ignores our calls and will not help his customer.
