  • Alexis Arroyo and Father Tony Arroyo 81 NW 22nd Avenue miami, Florida United States

Alexis Arroyo and Father Tony Arroyo Alexsis is a realtor with Florida Platinum Group and also in Atlanta GA. I was buying a 650BMW from her and her father who owns a dealership. I found it on Auto Trader, I asked them if the car was in great shape with no dents or scratches. They both told me it's in perfect condition. They said in order to hold it we need a deposit of $800 so I sent it through VENMO when I sent it I had a friend go over to take a look at the car, There were scratches dents and also they back tail light was crooked and looked like it was in an accident. When I told them I didn't want the car Alexsis told me she would refund me back through VENMO. I have now been trying to get the money back with several calls and text with no response. It's not about the money it's about the principal of steal someone's money when they were not in full disclosure of the vehicle. If you are thinking of buying a car from a house from her I would highly recommend staying away! Ethics are a BIG part of sales which her and the father do not have.  miami Florida
