Alexma Construction Denis Groulx This company is up to no good Gatineau Quebec

I will remain anonymous for this but I have also done business with Alexma and have to say that I am not quite pleased!

I didn't want to offer a rebuttal since the report was online and Alexma ignored it for over a year but now that they have responded, the only thing I have to say is that Denis Groulx clearly wrote the rebuttal against Mr. Pierre and his writing skills clearly display the level of service to expect from this company.

The response from Mr. Groulx is classless and shows how little concern he has for customers.

I believe that what Mr. Pierre wrote was informative without bashing the company Alexma but all Mr. Groulx does in bash Mr. Pierre.

Offer explanations without insulting another. Express your point of view without belittling the other parties perspective on the matter.

Out of curiosity, I wonder if Mr. Groulx supplied Mr. Pierre with the charges from the notary to prove that the fees were as he claims. Seems to me that with proof of such charges, Mr. Pierre would have been more accepting of this situation. Based on what I know of Denis Groulx when things go wrong, he probably didn't justify the bill.

I have to say that most people who are unhappy with this company just takes them to court. I am aware of two people who have filed claims against Alexma construction. 

Mr. Groulx, you are everybody's best friend when there is money to be made but when a situation arises that doesn't flow with your perspective, all of a sudden you become the enemy.

I wish you luck for the remainder of your career and hope that no other customers or potential cutomers have anything more to say in regards to you (Mr. Groulx), Alexma, and its affiliates.
