We have opened 4 LCs for Shredded Steel Scrap ISRI 211 of 3500 MTons for Alfa Enterprises USA Inc. Performa Invoice No. 212, 217, 220 and 221 dated 23/10/2009, 30/10/2009, 02/11/2009 and 02/11/2009 respectively. LCs are expiring and we still have not got our scrap shipped and now they are saying that they are not going to ship it. If you want copies of the LCs or any other documents, I can provide tell me via email. We were all always told that USA Businessmen are the best keepers of there business deals but this does not look like the case here. As the market prices of the scrap rose, the company became reluctant to ship our goods even though we had opened LCs with them and they accepted them too. LC details are as follows....
