Alfred Culbreth has been the President / Ceo of several companies. He has been sued twice for luring investors to invest in his businesses only to take the money and run.

The modus operandi of Alfred Culbreth is to open a business, lure investors, steal the funds, then declare bankruptcy / close the business and open a new business in the same location (same office or a different office in the same building).
He currently has opened 2 businesses in the same office where he previously had M5COM called White Light Communications LLC and Miami Telegraph & Telephone Inc.
No one should invest any money in these two businesses if they don't want to lose their investment.

Alfred Culbreth cares about his friends, family, colleagues, and investors. From what I have gathered his name is free and clear and every negativity in his life has been resolved, in Jesus name.

The report filed is a bogus assault on a respectable businessman and company. Lawsuits are often filed and are often without merit. There are three sides to every story. Your side, My side and the truth!
The 2 lawsuits mentioned were resolved. One was resolved be reason of a settlement/compromise. The other lawsuit was dismissed.
That sites like this exist is noble, but damage that is done to a person's good name by a false report is not easily undone. This report was a false report filed by an ex-friend and colleague of the company for vindictive personal purposes.
