This guy presented himself as an FBI agent and will offer to help recover lost money. Claimed as a politician in Lebanon as David Issa and currently working in the US as a government official. Below is one of the email sent:
I have run some Intel on the basic of the information you provided from the FBI concerning the case you want me to handle,
Firstly, I want you to understand this is an FBI, and it is not handed to you Officially according to what you told me, we are by passing them and interfering with their data which is a Federal Offense that calls for a severe punishment if we are exposed so please Agent Sean let me know how secure our server is and how secretive members on board are, I can trust you and your Buddy because I understand he must know our protocol and policy also, I'm not sure about MS xxxxxxxx, Please let her know this.
According to my Intel result and Information I got around here from my secretive loyal; sources; The boy involve with the name (xxxxxxxxxxxx) and other Intel you sent from the Bureau data base is called xxxxxxxxxxxx, he belong to a popular group known as "sakawa boyz. Sakawa boyz is a group of internet fraudster, ritualist and cultism. They operate mainly within the region of Ghana, Nigeria, Togo and Ivory Cost. but their main base is here in Accra, Ghana. I will say I know and have heard few things about these boys before but I have never interfere myself with them because it's not a case on my desk and I will say I will never concern myself with or interfere with them because of the following reasons;
* This Sakawa Boyz are very rich, famous and powerful and most dangerous group in the region, well that is not a problem but these are;
* This gang have connections to rich and powerful men across the country, they are connected to politician, Inspector general of police and commissioners and most of the guys are sons of African rich men, that sponsor the government that's is to say they are well protected by the power. They have authorities back up, they provide large amount of money to the police and other law enforcement agency which is why whatever and everything they do are covered up. You know we are talking about Africa here West Africa especially one of the most corrupt and dangerous place on earth, Research and record proved to me that they have spiritual support, I mean black magic, this is very common and effective here in Africa and i'm sure this is what make most of the operation successful. Some time ago early last year the Economic Financial Crime Commission of Nigeria (EFCC) nearly put them to rest, EFCC arrest some of the boys for money laundry when they were partying in Lagos, Nigeria. but after 2-3 days order came from Ghana Interpol for their Extradition of these guys, they were transferred to Ghana and the government release them.
According to what to the Intel I have here these group of boys once scammed a Russian business woman as much worth $1.7 million on Gold business Scam. Fortunately this Russian woman is well connected and a leader of a gang in Russia, but before she make any move the boy and his gang learned about her move somehow, and the Russian woman was found dead in her room from an unknown and never seen plague in which the whole blood in her body dries off, doctors never find out what kill her till today, I'm pretty sure that's the work of the black magic they possess.

Another is an American oil and gas business woman which they scammed about $800,000 off from her, she was lucky to make it to Ghana with her husband ( a retired CSI agent ) they meet with the government of Ghana and the federal police commander at the Interpol of Ghana, the Inspector General of police promised her to arrest the guys the following day, after she provide series of geniue evidence, but unfortunately she was lied to and set up, The couple was found dead in their hotel room the next day, media claim they died from Bubonic plague, which is a zoonotic disease, circulating mainly in fleas on small rodents. But i'm sure the gang must have captured a rodent with the disease and extract the rodent fluid with a syringe and inject the couple drinks or something else.
Agent Sean I don't know how personal this is to you or your friend or how you are affected but I will advise you to let go of this. Even to our capability and professionalism you don't have a chance against them because of the back up and support they posses down here, and remember we are not going officially, if this call came from FBI headquater in DC or from the White House then I could have prepare my Alpha team tomorrow morning to storm them, but even that way we will only get the guys, stop their awful act but we will never get the money and that's our priority, and remember you can't just burst into any independent country and arrest their citizen without the knowledge of the government that's a Federal offense, and if we are to meet the government they won't grant us the permission, and they will immediately call us off and notify the guys and I don't want that as the guys may attack any of us, especially Ms xxxxxx which is not well protected. Think about it Buddy.
