I learn of this operation when I was asked by the owner to process some paperwork for him. He met with me and explained how he ran his operation. He pulls people in through facebook and visits local businesses. A red flag sprung up for me immediately when he kept referring to the business as a game of "smoke and mirrors."

He stated that he charges an initial fee (which he plans to raise soon) of $300 to $400 and maintenance fee of $60 a month.  Upon receiving the initial fee he sends out a few dispute letters to creditors in efforts have some items removed for his client.  He said that the letters were randomly chosen because he does not bother to match the letters in his folder to the items that are applicable. After a few go out, he stop sending them and all the clients receive for their money is access to the website.

The website grants them access to the tradelines which his clients could access directly though the provider at a cost of only $99.00. Website: www.addpostivecredit.com or call 1-888-473-6922.

As for his Facebook posting he simply copies and paste form free financial advice websites. Such as: www.free-financial-advice.net. Most times Mr. Carson doesn't even read his article before posting them. I challenge you to read one of his articles and then ask him some questions about it.  If his response is delayed or if you aren't given one, it is probably because he needs to look it up first.

Lists of your credit rights are free and available through the Fair Trade Commission. You should never pay for this information. www.ftc.gov/bc/edu/pubs/comsumer/credit/cre01.shtm

Spend a little time looking at these websites and compare them to ALG Credit Solutions and judge whether or not it looks familiar.

Let me end with stating need to know facts:

1) IT IS ILLEGAL FOR ANYONE TO DISPUTE CREDIT ITEMS ON YOUR BEHALF AND FURTHER MORE TO CHARGE A FEE FOR IT.  2) This company has not physical address or landline phone.  3) It is not a member of the BBB.  4) It is owned and operated by only one person-who has poor credit, rents with 2 roommates at 41 yrs. of age and drives a $500.00 car. 5) He has no formal education or credentials.

Do you really want to trust your pertinent information to someone you can't track down, if he shuts down his operation tomorrow?  Think of the consequences of your information falling into the wrong hands. It could mar your good name, create a legal headache and further lighten your pocket?
