There is nothing more underhanded than anonymous defamation, particularly by or on behalf of commerical competitors. That is precisely what we at Unlimited Smiles have reason to suspect is behind the ridiculous accusations contained in the "reports" on this site. 

We think dental services cost too much. So we at Unlimited Smiles, working with our great employees, universities, international organization, have become a pioneer in offering lower cost dental services for general and underserved public, employing the efficiencies of the latest (and very expensive) dental technology to serve people who otherwise could never afford quality dentistry. The fees we charge patients are as much as 30% lower than the fees charged by most if not all of our competitors.

Our competitors don't like that. It appears that some of these competitors, somewhat in desperation, have worked directly or indirectly to stir up falsehoods about our docotor's and practices by encouraging false and defamatory publications, but always anonymously. False complaints, never made to us, or in legal claims or complaints, or to the Dental Board authorities, are thus published maliciously in Rip Off or other websites like Rip Off as anonymous narratives. 

I have a message for these dentists: "Dear Colleague, Dentists do not serve themselves or their patients by falsely instilling false concerns of mistreatment in the patient of competitors whose only real misconduct is expsoing the exorbitantly high fees you charge for services that should cost much less. Such tactics only instill fear and misunderstandings in patients, hurting them and our profession generally. Please stop this unprofessional and underhanded activity"

We are human and misunderstandings do happen, we address any misunderstanding with patients fairly and for the benefit of our patients. I guarantee that you will be treated with the outmost consideration in addressing of any misunderstanding or claim that you may have.  That has been our policy for years, and is one of the reasons for our growth and acceptance in communites we serve ranging approximetly 80,000 patient records, TV and News interviews and...

Our firm is helping a disabled senior citizen sue Dr. Moheb for much of the conduct you mentioned: 1) over-billing procedure codes; 2) collecting payment for services never rendered, 3) excessive treatment, so on and so forth.

Unfortunately, Moheb is lying and falsifying her dental records in an attempt to prove he did in fact perform the work. Our client needs evidence to prove her allegations. She is only requesting reimbursement for the money she paid Moheb for dental work he never performed. I am an ex-employee of the company and everything this man says is ABSOLUTELY TRUE! I was a part of the corporate and legal team that walked out on Dr. Moheb in January of last year due to the things detailed and more. We didn't plan it, we all just were tired of the lack of integrity with the things he made us do and the way we were treated. He lost our Operations Manager, our District Managers, his Billing Managers and his main legal counsel and myself due to his unethical practices. The only one who stayed was Blanca Casillas, who lives with Alireza. I worked directly under him and would hear his direction to the above or hear his lawyer arguing with him that he couldn't do what he intended.

Most of the dentist employed have had their license revoked or past trouble. He does this to employ them cheaper giving promise to them of repairing their reputation. Dr Moheb treatment plans all patients. If a case is under $6000 he punishes the staff for not selling it. He charges out Care Credit accounts to the full credit amount and comes up with treatment to fit the full extent that is given. During my time with him he had Gary Kadi, who is nationally known for being a lead consultant and a consultant that worked previously for the California Dental Board say that they would not work with him due to his dirty practice and not wanting to put their reputation on the line. 

If you look up further public records you will find multiple lawsuits for tax fraud, employee wrong doing lawsuits (Blanca is involved in most as well), there are current public files he is involved in now with the IRS for misclassifying 3 employees, employing illegal aliens in Arizona and California, insurance fraud, and other various infractions. 

There are so many more things I would like to bring forward but they would hurt others and they were simply following his direction while fearing his wrath. Trust me, he has quite a wrath! well all I have to say is Dr. Moheb is not only a fraud but he is corrupt I have been working for him in one of his offices for a couple months it took me about the same time to figure out his fraudulent and corrupted ways. since I have been in the office I have witnessed many unethical, horrible, immoral things going on. I have witnessed Dr. Moheb make the employees charge insurance fees that are not even necessary in Dentistry he forces us especially myself to charge the patient double triple quadruple times more than the actual price I have witnessed him do exams and diagnose extractions on teeth that do not need to even be extracted.

Not to mention Dr. Moheb diagnosing crowns on teeth that do not need crowns he diagnoses of full $1500-$2000 crown on a tooth that just needs a filling. he will extract a full mouth and put a $20,000-$40,000 treatment plan on somebody and expects and demands them to the point the patient cries to pay in full that same day. It is true that when you go inside of his Arizona offices there is no licenses of the actual doctors who are performing the treatment Dr. Moheb does in fact have doctors working in his offices but Dr. Moheb makes the office bill the insurance under Dr. Moheb's name.

I have also noticed that Dr. Moheb as he is in the patient's mouth tell the patient that he has no choice but to do sinus lifts gingivectomy if you know Dentistry gingivectomy is not needed all the time he will make up prices sometimes double triple quadruple even higher than that just to jump the price up. so he can get the money paid that day he does not care about the patient. I have even personally witnessed him while he is inside of the patient's mouth doing a $10,000 treatment plan in one sitting and telling the patient that he used real human bone for the bone graft but in fact no bone graft was even used and had the patient pay in full for things that were not done.

I have of a mile long list of patients that I have personally been keeping record of all these fraudulent things that Dr. Moheb has been doing he also comes into the offices and demands that the associate doctors diagnose patients the way he does. There are so many other things that I can say about this so called Dr. he claims that he is in fact a professor and orthodontist a lawyer and an anesthesiologist give me a break. From a short time but I have been employed for this unlimited smiles company I have seen many managers district managers dental assistance and someone so forth quit because of Dr. Moheb and the way he demands you to work.

I know for fact that he has a certain doctor in the Arizona offices working that has 14 lawsuits on his dental license and Dr. Moheb refuses to let this doctor go. this certain other doctor I believe is still employed because of the fact that he diagnoses just like Dr. Moheb perfers. This doctor that I am talking about diagnosis things that are unethical immoral and almost inhumane but Dr. Moheb will not fire this guy because this dentist is cheap labor and he has the patients pay for things that are not needed. And as far as Blanca Casillas's I do personally believe that she is corrupt and fraudulent as well I have witnessed her on a daily basis lying continuously about refunding multiple multiple multiple patients money back patients want the money back because it's it's corrupted work

she is a liar just like Dr. Moheb she is corrupt and I do not believe she has graduated past the eighth grade this lady has no idea what she is doing in fact I don't know where he found this lady as far as I know it is only doctor moheb and Blanca running the show of all of these offices. I can also tell you this but they both have their stuff in order and ready with legal advice lawyers attorneys all of that they're prepared all the time. I am currently seeking a new job but during these times it's been a little harder and I have three kids and a husband so I cannot just get up and walk out I really wish that someone can read our posts and possibly get together and get this guy he's going to reap what he sews.
