I order a Alienware Aurora R4 in October 2012. The computer has been replaced 3 separate times and 4 different technician has come to my home to replace parts and still cannot get  my system to boot. My warranty is good until Feb 2014 but Dell and Alienware are telling me since the system was replaced 3 times Im stuck with a $3200.00 paperweight that will neither boot nor function regardless of my warranty. Alienware tech support is located in Costa Rica and the computers are assembled in Mexico.

Dells warranties are useless if the sell you a lemon and replace it more than 3 times. "FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE"!!!

The computer is not even 6 months old...
