Alipay Alibaba.com Alibaba, allow scammers to rip you off in their website alibaba.com Internet

Mr. Kim yangdoe contacted me via www.alibaba.com message center after i asked for the price of 10 cellphones (iphone 5s). After we agreed on the price , he said that the transaction must be made via alipay (escrow service), he claimed that he contacted them with the info of the articles i was buying and then later they sent me an email with the address and the name of the contact person (Daniel bordy)that will be holding the money until both parties are satisfied. Later on monday 23rd february 2015 i sent the money via western union and after the money was claimed neither the seller Mr. Yangbae nor the "alipay representative" have responded to any of my emails.
