I received a 17.28 dollars refund in my alipay account. Aliexpress uses alipay to refund people who buy through western union transfer even though the service was terminated. The minimum fee to transfer the refund to my bank account is 15 dollars charged by alipay. So I received 2.28 dollars as refund. I have been robbed. And it's the third time this happens. Aliexpress customer service said I would receive aliexpress coupons for the value of 15 usd but I have never received any coupons after refunds transactions.
