 Ripoff attorney who collects 300 hr ! After my case was completed I asked for my case folder back which my law is mine and is to be given in a timely matter. I have been waiting over 4 months even with grievances file. She was billing me 1O months later for 50 dollars lol when she got over 10,000!! Never got a final bill and if I owed money I would have got calls and letters. When I called to ask for my folder and some questions in it she freely and willing spoke to me. Her secretary or her never told me it was 25 cent a copy x pages and legal secretary time. Don't u think as case went on it would be copied ? That would make to much sense. Never told how much and how many pages ?? When I sent a certified letter I got a response of a 565 dollar bill lol. Charging me to copy the folder and 300 hr to talk about getting my folder. 10,000 plus was enough for doing nothing. Best she could do with visitation with my daughter was a joke 6 visits in a year which took her 5 minutes on a 8x11 xerox paper and when submitted the wording was like a high school kid did it. It was so vague it was almost impossible to enforce. I had to shut up because this was best she could do !! Coffee at Starbucks with a 15 year old. I told her I don't drink coffee and I'm sure my daughter doesn't . How ridiculous. I had to hire another lawyer to clean up her mess Years in court 300 hr for that. That's a total ripoff. Now she wants 100 for the folder !! Rest of money not asking because it's a made up bill!! If she charges me for folder she must charge every client she had last 30 plus years. Best is she been in catholic school from a little kid through law school and never once called and said how's the agreement going ? That's a ripoff religious education !! That's caring person or person that takes money and says next !!! Ripoff !!! Stay away from lawyers like this !!
