This truthful opinion based complaint is a matter of public concern related to community well-being, government, and safety. This truthful opinion based complaint is also based on my personal experiences with Alissa Horton which occurred several years ago in Frisco, Texas, Collin County area of North Texas. From my viewpoint and as a matter of public concern I believe that Alissa Horton hypocritically bullied and antagonized me and added excessive hate to a fear mongering smear campaign that was initiated by Caitlin Fieszel and Branden Twist. Fieszel and Twist spitefully and hypocritically made false accusation against me to federal officials which caused an extremely unfair prejudicial investigation and they incited a community mobbing against me as well. In my opinion I believe Alissa Horton contributed to the fear mongering and mobbing that ruined my reputation and caused me long-term psychological injury. From my viewpoint after Alissa lured me into a fake friendship she began to verbally abuse me and flicked me in the face and ears with her fingers. She self-righteously baited me into heated arguments with gish gallop and dramatically withdrew all peaceful support. I believe that a biased petition requesting my prosecution may have been involved in this travesty as well. This travesty occurred while we were seniors at Frisco High School and the community mobbing continued for a few years after graduation.

In my opinion the misrepresentations made against me misled the community, the court system, the investigators, and caused a chain reaction of emotional distress, public hatred, contempt, and ridicule and lowered me in the estimation of the community. Once the federal prosecutor began to investigate much closer into this travesty a lot of my capricious hypocritical colleagues who betrayed me recanted. I believe that Alissa recanted and once again she tried to lure me into a friendship by calling my house repeatedly demanding to speak to me. I felt harassed and offended by her aggressively intrusive phone calls and sanctimonious attitude. From my viewpoint I believe that she may have been trying to bait me into verbalizing false confessions or self-incriminating testimony. I believe that she continued to report mischaracterizations about me to investigators and to the court. In my opinion I believe all of the aforementioned interfered with the federal investigation and violated my due process rights and other valuable civil rights. From my viewpoint I believe the aforementioned provocateurs wanted to harm me. Ultimately, I was not arrested but I still felt that I was maliciously put under surveillance, mobbed, harassed, and defamed by the community. From my viewpoint and as a matter of public concern regarding community well-being I believe that I was a victim of false accusations, a frame-up, a conspiracy against rights, and discrimination. In my opinion due to the rampant fear mongering, legal abuse, and abuse of process I believe federal agents were misled by those in the community and as a result conducted a severely incompetent and malicious investigation against me which nearly led to my false arrest and wrongful conviction. As a matter of public concern related to community well-being, government, and safety there seems to be an insidious social problem in North Texas involving conspiracy against rights, abuse of power, hypocritical vigilantism, community mobbing, bullying, and unethical snitch informant systems.

Incited Jeering At Graduation Ceremony

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (other)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 16, 2019

Addendum: As a matter of public concern related to community well-being from my viewpoint and from my recollection Alissa Horton incited jeering and noises of disparagement at my Frisco High School graduation ceremony with other hypocritical provocateurs and bigots who were intolerant of my opinions and feelings.

As a matter of public concern from my viewpoint I believe the defamatory jeering was a part of the ongoing demagogic smear campaign and fear mongering that was first initiated by provocateurs Caitlin Fieszel and Branden Twist who made outrageously false allegations against me to federal officials.

From my viewpoint I believe the aforementioned provocateurs seemed to be using charm or charisma to manipulate others for personal gain. From my viewpoint they also seemed to be exploitative, paranoid, hostile, lacking in empathy, and having a disregard for right and wrong. From my viewpoint they may have been trying to project their guilt and shame onto me to create a diversion and to avoid responsibility .

From my viewpoint the smear campaign, demagoguery, and character assassination against me incited some levels of lingering civil unrest and pervasive community based alarmism that made me feel unsafe and traumatized. Furthermore, I believe that the pervasive public disparagement at my graduation ceremony might have negatively impacted my ability to get jobs.

I believe that I may have been blacklisted or blackballed due to the lingering smear campaign and character assassination as well. From my viewpoint I believe the defamatory smear campaign made others doubt my integrity and deterred others from peacefully associating with me. From my viewpoint I believe they were trying to make me disenfranchised, incarcerated, and ultimately homeless. From my viewpoint I believe Alissa Horton may have incited her family members, her younger brother Alex, and her bigoted acquaintances to profile me and to antagonize me with loaded questions, gish gallop, strawman arguments, and doublespeak.

Furthermore, as a matter of public concern from my viewpoint as an innocent ethnic minority I believe that I was calculatedly sabotaged, harassed, bullied, mobbed, and maliciously discriminated against. From my viewpoint I believe that I was pervasively, prejudicially, and spitefully profiled in the community (Collin County and Denton County) because of the aforementioned community mobbing and smear campaign.
