Alitescooters.com Grandma Is Being Ripped Off - Shame on Alitescooters Edmond Oklahoma Internet

I am a grandmother who is trying to go green and save a little bit of my limited money by purchasing a scooter and parking my car.

My scooter from Alitescooters.com took a month to receive after it was paid for and when it arrived, not only was it blue instead of red but had extensive damage.

The metal frame had been severely bent and pushed into the side of the scooter, causing body damage, broken windshield and a bent scooter frame.

I immediately e-mailed Alitescooters.com with this information and included pictures of the damage. I have received no response from Alitescooters nor have I received a title or any paperwork of any kind which would allow me to license the scooter.

I have sent them a demand e-mail to either bring the scooter up to new condition or replace it or I will seek legal representation.

At this point I would be happy with my money returned which is very doubtful given the lack of response I have received.
