Ms. Showers failed to pay late fees July, 2012 through March 2013.
Ms. Showers failed to pay eviction cost (twice taken to dispossesory court).
Ms. Showers through non-payment failed to comply w/ lease.
Fulton county marshals supervised Ms. Showers eviction March 8, 2013.
Ms. Showers eviction commenced mid-July, 2012 w/ non-payment of rent.
