All Able Movers Armstrong Movers, owner is known as Richard or Chris. Moving Services Ft Lauderdale Florida

I contacted All Able Movers after viewing an ad they had placed on Craig's List.  The ad had listed an hourly price, and stated "All Inclusive" "no additional fees"  Upon contacting them I was told all was included.  Yet, the next day, I was promised three men, only two showed up.  Yet, they attempted to charge me for FOUR!  Then AFTER all services were performed, which they damaged quite a bit of furniture, damaged my brand new floor, they attempted to charge me 3X what I was told I would be charged. 

I was then essentially "barricaded" in my apartment by four men, blocking my exit, refusing to leave until I signed their paperwork.  I refused to sign the paperwork, saying that I was not made aware of these additional charges, and their ad advertised otherwise.  Yet, the men threatened me, swore at me, and made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.  When I contacted the owner via phone, the owner proceeded to scream and yell at me, curse at me, and called me every name in the book. 

Threatened that he was going to come to the apartment and force me to pay.  I refused to supply my credit card number, yet they charged me anyways!  They charged me 3X the amount that I had been told I was going to be charged.  To top it all off, the company then stole my credit card number, and went shopping at various Walmarts in the area, chraging an additional $1000 on my account!  This company NEEDS to be stopped and shut down.  What a dishonest, fraudulent, criminal company!  How is it still in business?!?!?!?!
