"All About Road Service, LLC." towed my vehicle on Saturday 12 September 2015 from Tampa, Fl. to his tow-yard 7080 Fort King Rd., Zephyrhills, Fl. 33541 

Ted the owner, did NOT notify me that he had my vehicle, I discovered that on my own about 5 days later, yet by law, he was supposed to notify me or have the sherriff's notify. 

He padded the the bill:

-  $15 "Tow Letter" /  They NEVER sent a "Tow Letter"

- $35 Admin/  What Admin., other than his Tow Book?

- No Verification of Mileage other than his "word"

- I was charged more than the legal & customary rate for both mileage and storage

- The ice on the cake and the ultimate insult to injury was he STOLE over $50 in rolled quarters & loose change that I kept in my vehicle!!!

 

I called Ted multiple times, he would tell me to "call his attorney", while refusing to tell me who his attorney was. Or just hanging up the phnone on me. Time after time, day after day. His shady behavior, creative acounting & good old fashioned extortion should be investigated here and a spot-check overall, with other tows he has "serviced".


 


My vehicle was there 10 days! If I had been properly notified and contacted, my vehicle would have been retreived immediately, to no more than 48 hours. At a MINIMUM, I feel entitled to 8 days of storage fees returned $200.00+ $15.00 (Tow Letter) + $35.00 (Admin. Fees)= $250.00 PLUS (unspecified amount) for inconvenience, aggravation, and deceptive actions & practices. 

I will pursue to this until, legal & financial remedies have been granted.
