All About Water Poor workmanship, cheap product, damaged personal property Gilbert Arizona

Several months ago I was contacted by Steve Duvall of All About Water. Steve convinced me that the Ecowater water refiner was the best water softener on the market. I chose All About Water and the Ecowater ERR 3000. Your installer installed my unit and that was the last I heard from Mr. Duvall. I was never contacted by anyone other than one of your employees who had to come out and repair some damage caused by your installers. He never returned to complete the repair job. No one ever instructed me on the use.

I have now noticed for the past month my water, especially while taking showers did not seem the same. On 11/08/06, I purchased a home water test kit at Ace hardware ($10.00) and performed a hardness test. My results were disturbing, 25 grains. I called you service center only to be told they couldn't respond until next Tuesday.

You would think when you pay $2,995.00 for a water softener someone would respond somewhat sooner then that. Not to mention your product would work properly for more then 3 months. Well all I can say is you suckered another NOW unhappy customer into buying your $3000.00 piece of crap, when I could have spent around $600.00 installed for another brand.

Your company needs to work on its customer service end if you plan to keep in business. I subsequently learned from the service tech. that the drain hose was not installed properly and it was leaking from the sewer cleanout into my front yard. This caused onr of my large lantanas to die. There was also a problem with suction causing the tank to over fill with water which resulted in hard water.

I had this installed approximately one week after moving into my brand new house to avoid hard water damage, only to find out it wasn't working after one month. All their customer service had to say was "Sorry". Well they will be sorry when they get hit with a lawsuit and a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.
