All-Access Visa Gidt Card - Netspend Dishonest, false advertisers, big rip off Austin Texas

We were given 5 All-Access Visa Gift cards to purchase air travel to visit family. This was supposed to be a special gift to us to make a trip possible. Then the nightmere of try to use these Visa gift cards began.

The airline would not accept them because they were $100 each, which was insufficent to cover the cost of the tickets, so they were declined. Then we tried to take them to our bank, Bank of America who could not or would not deposit the money to our accounts with them, then we tried Chase Bank who we have other accounts with and they would not or could not take the monies from these cards and put them in our acounts. The advertsieing for these cards is, use them like any Visa or Visa check card. This is false advertising.

The mightmere coontinued with calling the customer service department for netspend, all-access and we were kept onthe phone for 45 minutes the first time and 20 minutes the second time. After talking to several indivdiual's we were finally told we would get checks for the five carrds at the charge of $5.95 per card. This is total rip off.

This company has no integrity and companies and stores dealing with netspend and all-access must not have any integrity either. These cards were purchaed for us at a local Safeway Store, Safeway seems to be the major seller of these cards in Washington state so i wrote Safeway to notify them of this rip off comany and I asked them why they were making these cards available to the public.

I have yet to recieve any response, but trust they will remove them from their stores soon. My advice, don't do bussiness with netspend, or All-Access or any bussiness that sells their cards.
