Ralph Potokar and Kent Rini are All American Liars
1) Ralph is listed as the statutory agent with a false address (statutory addresses are needed for service in lawsuits). The Arizona Corporation Commission confirms it is their responsiblity to update this information.
2) Kent Rini is no more vice president of the national burglary and fire alarm association (which they proudly boast about on their website) than I am. Call the National headquarters of the NBFAA in Dallas/Ft. Worth and verify this with Shannon Wallace 214-260-5970. He is instead the vice president of the AZ Alarm Assoc.
3) The Arizona Dept of Revenue does not have All American Alarm or Crimebusters of America as being registered with them. Ralph makes payments to them "once a month" in his dreams. The Dept of Revenue will verify if a company has a valid license at 1600 W. Monroe. If people are thinking about buying an alarm with this company they may want to "think twice".
4) Why does Ralph have his wife listed as theowner on their company's letterhead? Has he had past problems in other states?
5) Ralph denied in a courtroom that he had anything to do with Pemble's office, payments,etc. Maybe Pemble should start with this jackass there. Who has the receipts for phonelines, office space, etc?
6) Ralph lives at:

Several Bush Dept of Defense contractors live in this neighborhood. Maybe Ralph should give bigger discounts on his installs?
7) How many of Ralph's and Kent's alarm installers are licensed with the state? If they are 1099 employees and not licensed with the state they are personally liable for any problems associated with system malfunctions.
8) Ralph only has Mike Macera's drivers license on file. He does not have his social security number. Why? tax reasons?
9) Last and final question: Is Potokar part of the IRA?
