All American Auto Protection Omnisure Group LLC Wheres my refund? Las Vegas Nevada

I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle with the understanding that certain parts would be covered, but to later find out that none of the parts that were specified at the time of purchase were actually covered on my vehicle.  I had specifically asked if certain parts were covered and the salesperson said yes. 

I then called to cancel my policy and asked for a refund then after the 8 weeks it takes to get your refund which I still havent received. Every time I call they tell me they dont know why I havent received my refund. Once again I was told they will put in a inquiry to the refund department. Yet they cant give me an inquiry number or anything to trace my requests. I try to speak to a supervisor and they tell me they are never available. I asked to speak to the refund department but they have no phones.

I cancelled my policy in June (which I only had since April). It is now October and I still havent received my refund. Everytime I call its the same answer. I don't know."  So my question is "where's my refund?" They had no problem collecting the money which was set up on autopay. But they have a tough time paying back consumers half the amount they were paid.  Definately a RIP OFF...
