All American Construction And Painting Services, Jeff Battistoni JEFF BATTISTONI (OWNER) STOLE OVER $21,000 FROM US!! Chicago Illinois

Jeff Battistoni, the owner/operator of "All American Construction & Painting Services" in Chicago, IL (60638) had us pay cash for our materials & then used the materials for his other clients' projects. He also had materials delivered to his own house to remodel his basement & we unknowingly paid for the labor. We have the invoices & delivery receipts to prove this. His own employees admitted to being payed by us to do work at Jeff's house & other job sites.

Because the workers for our job were not paid & of course disgruntled, they stole my recently deceased mother-in-law's jewelry (worth approx $8,000) & our big-screen TV (approx $2,000). The police could do nothing, b/c of course, Jeff & his employees were allowed in our home. The theft of my mother-in-law's jewelry was heartbreaking. We subsequently discovered that Jeff had some very shady people in our home.

The cost of the stolen materials alone was over $21,000. Some of Jeff's workers were also affected by his dishonesty & have left his employ in order to help me finish my house.

Jeff has stopped taking our phone calls and refuses to even discuss reimbursement for the cash he still is holding. We are taking action with the States Attorney's office to make sure Jeff does not do this to anyone else.
