They did the worst work possible...didn't level out the house so the floors are crooked...humps of whatever under the carpeting...walls cracking...windows leak air big time...cold air blows out of the cold air return ducts...carpeting was never stretched...cupboards are crooked and warped...they told us the fireplace was to heat the house only to find out it is for decoration only...all the wood trim is cut wrong, crooked and filled by the wrong color filler...all inside doors have huge space at bottom and are crooked...driveway and turnaround was never dug out correctly...they never leveled out all the yard and they left big big gouges out in the backyard...cement work in basement and outside is cracked...they put gray tape (on the thermal paneling in the basement) in which they damaged instead of replacing it...left water heater drain into the basement by just leaving the hole in the basement ceiling open...patio door is crooked and door won't shut properly...and I could go on and on.

They treated us like royalty when we first started but as time went on and needed things fixed we turned into the bad people...we paid big bucks for this crap of a home...and the mortgage part of the business lied big time...they used a job salary from a job that never was...they told us they didn't want to marry us to our home...guess what they did! They are just out for the $$$ and then leave you on your own...they say they treat it as if it is there own...they would never never live in this place I would guarantee it...I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!
