All American Hot Dog Carts FRAUDULENT FORCED SALE Miami Florida

All American Hot Dog Cart owner claimed he was selling me a brand new New Yorker for $3000 delivered. Upon taking my credit card information he called me back saying that they sent me a better cart with a deep fryer and grill by accident but he would give it to me for $4000. I told him I was not intrested and to send me what I had ordered but he claimed it was too late b/c it was already sent. I refused to sign the authorization form and told him when the cart arrives to have it sent back. Louie ( the owner ) said it was to expensive to have shipped back and would not pick up the cart. I was stuck with a cart that I did not want and also got screwed for the cost. He is a crook and a liar who forces unwanted sales to individuals after they are already vulnerable due to him having their credit card information. After discussing this with my Visa company they said that b/c this is a phone order that he does not need a signed authorization. DO NOTGIVE HIM YOUR INFORMATION AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAMMER!
