All American Moving and Storage,Inc.ignored damages and overcharges until sued in Small Claims Court as recommended by the State of Connecticut Deptartment of Consumer Protection. Damages occurred 5/10/03. After numerous phone and written contacts with the company and Consumer Protection, a Small Claims Suit was filed on 7/19/05. All American Moving and Storage,Inc. admitted that they owed the claim on 8/02/05. As of 10/04/05, the claim and court costs have been paid.
