All American Towing Al the owner Bad Business pratice Banning California

I am having a bad time with this tow yard. Bad enough I had been robbed by a what I thought was going to be my new landlord for my Business. He took a great deal and i been fighting with Attorneys and courts. My customer's cars were all towed by All American Towing 12 in all. I paid to have 3 picked up when it first happened. I tryed to talk to tow yard with no one giving me commin respect. Then the tow yard took me to small claims court. Because I could not just let my customers cars go. I had no money to recover cars. I am fighting to keep my Business open with Attorney fee's and court cost. I am sinking. Just I won in court. The Judgment was wrongful tow. Now the judge could not order the tow yard to return cars. Because he was to cheap to take me threw the proper courts. Just in most case's the tow yard would have good Business sence. They would return cars. Because it could turn out to be a big mess. Well the tow yard will not return cars. They said I could have the ones I own if I sigh away my customers cars. I am doing one last request if the owner still has no smarts. Then I have to fork out the $5k for Attorney. Just I am rough on funds but i will do it. He will be ordered to pay back the money It cost me. This is a tow yard that my father and myself when they came into town we supported them. Now I just want them to close. This is small town and people hear about it all.
