All Appliances Hialeah Corp. Alberto Ayon Sold me broken 15 year old washer from scrap yard that flooded my entire home and caused 10k in damages Hialeah Florida

 I'm renting a home that requires me to provide my own washer and dryer in the home and the home has an upstairs hook up for a stackable washer and dryer. I'm planning on buying a home within the next year which will have a side-by-side washer/dryer hookup so I decided to purchase a used stackable washer/dryer good enough for the next year. I went on craigslist to find something used and that could be delivered and found an ad by all appliances Hialeah Corp. The guy on the phone spoke perfect English and guaranteed that the machine was in perfect working condition. They brought it to my house the next day and I knew it wasn't right as soon as I saw it. It looked 15 years old and was all beat to hell. They brought it upstairs, beat the hell out of my walls, and hooked it up. I told them that this machine wasn't right when they hooked it up and showed me the water ran in it, etc. and guaranteed me that it worked great and that there was a warranty as stated on the written receipt. I figured that it would work for the next year and if it didn't then it would be fixed by them. I did my first load of laundry that night and the machine Leaked all of the water in it and flooded my entire home from the top floor going down. Not only was the machine itself leaking but the hoses they used when installing it were broken and leaked constantly. I called the owner Alberto and he acted like he didn't speak any English. I had one of my close friends who speaks Spanish call the next day to translate and he said he could speak English and have him put me on the phone. He promised he would send someone out to fix everything and make it right but that never happened and then he magically couldn't speak English again and blocked my number. I am in the process of suing the company for damages right now.
