It could be all you say about your dealership is true.  I do not have any information to indicate otherwise.  Financing for just a year sounds like an interesting concept!  As you know, with sub-prime thinkers, when they miss a payment, its never their fault and the lender is supposed to look the other way.

However, your comments about the BBB make me throw up.  Financial savy people know the main purpose of the BBB is to sell memberships and to sell accreditations.  There's not any need to dispute this, my friend.  IT IS WELL KNOWN!  The BBB is the equivalent of selling phoney college degreees!  I have seen over and over and over and over and over businesses screwing consumers while out of the other side of their mouth bragging how great their standing is with the BBB.  I'm NOT saying this is what you're doing, understand that.  But the BBB is nothing more than a con-game!

all approved autoworks llc is a company in lake worth fla that provides financing for one year or less with weekly payments for predominently people who cannot otherwise get approved for conventional financing at a major car dealership. we do not check credit. we specialize in a good running car for under $3500 dollars. we have over 200 good paying customer accts in 1 year and 3 months of being in business. we also provide 2 full time mechanics to help customers with any repairs they might have along the way. we do however insist that payments are made on time. and we are governed by the state of fla Dmv and division of financial regulation on how we conduct business. and we follow their rules to a T. If this customer is the one I think made the complaint, because they dont identify themselves, she was 5 days late on her payment when her car was legally reposessed and never responded to ANY calls or messages from the finance company. So she NEVER made her 1st car payment. All approved Autoworks has a GOLD standing reputation with the Better Buisiness Bureau and an excellent reputation with the Division of Financial Regulation in the state of fla, also an outstanding reputation with the Division of Motor vehicles in Palm Beach County. In this electronic day and age it seems very easy to take cheap shots at a company thats just trying to help the average consumer with a posted comment from someone who knows they were wrong and therefor blame everyone else for whatever problems you have in life. We will continue to help the less fortunate get car loans in the future despite the naysayers. THAT WE PROMISE !

Why were they rude? Just because they can be? Yes...They are nasty. I should have listened to the warning bells when I over heard one of their customers phoning in about a lemon she bought from them and Ralph responded very curtly to her...

I will more than likely not get any money back but I will let it be known that they are no good...They sell lots of junk cars and are nasty to their customers after they take their money.

If you were one day late with your payment, I have to agree that a repo seems a bit over the top. (I'm using the generic "you" here since you never did specify who it was they ripped off.)

I think there might be some details missing here.

Futhermore, settle down... the BBB isn't going to do squat about them.
