I was hired as a contractor to complete an install job at a person's home. A contract was drafted on score off work and deadline. Well, the story I got was blaming the customer for no more money to pay me. But really it seems that he should not have hired anyone to complete the job if he didn't have the money. Excuses from blaming the customer to saying that he is paying out up front too much at his regular job of BGE contractor to the rest of his plentiful and bountiful contracts. He didn't have good workers, and didn't make good on payment and was ducking me for weeks. A small partial payment was made but there is still a high outstanding balance due to me. I would not recommend this person, which I believe is in questionable standing with his home improvement license, for work or employment. All he will do is string you along and not give you a payment 4 work done
