All Brands Appliances Karl Friebel (owner) Diagnosed wrong part Did not finish job left oven apart will not call back to resolve and want to double charge jacksonville, Florida

I hired All Brands Appliances to fix my oven after meeting the owner Karl.  He said he would come out personally but that did not happen
He sent Eric out on 06/07/2011 who was 2 hours late and left without putting my oven back together. Eric complained about heartburn and being hospitable I gave him an antacid and a bottle of water. 
He claimed it was my ignitor and after trying to replace it figured out it wasn't.  He then told me it had to be the gas coil but he never checked it.  
He said he would have to order the part and I have to pay him for the trip charge.  I wrote him and check and asked him if I would have to pay another trip charge for them to come back, Eric said "Since they diagnosed the wrong part, no" he left my oven apart and the ignitors at the bottom underneath the heating element.
I called a month later to find out why it had been so long and Jennifer informed me that I would have to pay them all over again to come back and fix the stove that they left apart.  
I asked to speak to Karl and called twice a day or one week and he will not call me back.  
I am having to purchase multiple propane tanks to cook for my family and its getting expensive.  All I want is my oven fixed as per their work
