All Brands TV Service Fraudulent repair and no integrity Clearwater Beach Florida

What a waste of money. My tv was shutting off intermittenly. I was charged $70.00 for the tech (Chuck) to come and take a look to let me know what the problem was. He didn't even take the back off and look at the inside of the tv. He told me it was the Lamp, although the lamp light never came on and the pic was great. He didn't inspect the tv, but said that Sony TVs are built around the lamp. The tech told me he had lamps at the shop and would charge me an additional $178.00 for the lamp and installation. He shows up takes my lamp out and to his truck. He comes back in and says the company sent him the wrong piece. That was a month ago. Haven't heard from him, so essentially, I paid him $70.00 to come to my house and waste my time.

Contacted the local BBB and report them. I received a response, which was a straight up lie. They claimed I told them I would go some where else to purchase the lamp. Why would I go someone else and pay another fee for someone else to come out. 

Evidentually, I did call someone else to come out because they never showed up and found out it wasn't the lamp after all. It was the fan. The TV was shuttng off because the fan. When the fan shut off the tv would cut off because it was getting to hot.

It appears all they want is the 70.00 home visit fee. I am a firm believer in Karma. I don't believe this business with be sucessful. No integrity at all. I have left many reviews as possible regarding this company and every where I leave a review they respond with a lie.
