They are very rude and unprofessional. Very poor communication. Poor Customer Service. They lied to me about completion time. They lied to me about problem found. They are very rude and unprofessional. They have very poor communication and extremely poor Customer Service. My truck was taken there by the dealer I bought the truck from. A truck that was supposedly checked out by them (All Care Care). My wife and I lost several hours of work (pay) due to their lying to us about the completion time and when we got there to pick up the "repaired" truck they had driven out over $30.00 of gasoline and had not completed the repair by leaving off Spark Plug Wires, not fixing a broken oil pressure gage and the check engine light was on. I call PK, the owner, and he said that he didn't care about the gas and that the gage wasn't his problem. They charged me $1700 for a repair that was not completed. I later called him about the Check Engine light on and he commenced to screaming at me and swearing at me and calling me very racist names. I took my truck to an authorized mechanic and he told me that they had not even given the truck a tune up after then put the engine back together. It still had the old sparks and the old plug wires in it and he said that was NOT acceptable.
