In my opinion, All Clear Funding has created an elaborate network of people to perpetuate a fraud against people seeking a commercial loan. Mike Walden, Michael Brown, Sanjaya Singh, Joshua Holiday and Kathy Crawford has created a scam involving a promise of a "platform" trading loan. After they "confirm" a contract will be in place but you will need a BG to get the "platform" completed. In order to get a BG, they will refer you to All Clear Funding. All Clear Funding will supposedly be able to give you a "bridge loan" for the BG. All along the process no one will ask for money giving the appearance that this is a real deal, but you will not be able to get verifiable proof of the deal until you can prove funds thru the "bridge loan" At this time the loan seeker is emotionally involved and feels like the process is almost complete. BUT you will need to pay $5,000.00 in order to pay for the commitment fee to All Clear Funding. You will receive a commitment letter but no funding will ever come. In my opinion, the people surrounding this group know that it takes more than $5,000.00 to get a civil judgment and it is below the scope for the local police and FBI to investigate.

In my opinion, this is an elaborate scam preying on people in difficult times and the people surrounding this scam from All Clear Funding are not taking large quantities of money. They are succeeding through quantity of people. This scam is just enough under the radar not to get the attention of the authorities.

In my opinion, buyer beware. This is very elaborate, well thought out, but nothing is real. Nothing is verifiable. They are only seeking a "small" amount of money so as not to raise attention. DO NOT send any of these people money. They will not produce.
