ALL COMPUTER RESOURCES, INC sold me a bad ECM, denied their problems, sent me the burn ECM second time, didn't want to refund MIAMI, Florida

    I bought the ECM from them, I odered on their webside on 5/27/11. I got the ECM on 6/9/11. Installed in the car and it running but the service engine light keep come on. I used my Snap On scan tool to clear the DTC and the engine light come back on right a way after start the car. I keeped clear dtc 4 or 5 times and the light still there. The DTC keep told me the fuel injector #6 circuit problem. I did my diagnostic and found no problem. Fuel injctor #6 working fine, car run fine, and has no missed fire. to confirmed the ir ECM, I reinstalled my old ECM and car run without DTC or engine light. I bought the ECM because my customer car died sometime when it run for a while.

    I did call the All Computer Resources Inc to report the problem on their ECM. They dinied their ECM  problem and told me drive the car 50miles. And told me their ECM perfect.... I did send their ECM back on the same day. ( US post Office confirmation# 03102640000213010155). I had to pay for post mail #20.00

    I got the second ECM from them on 6/21/11. When I open the box and the ECM smell electrcial burn. I showed it to 2 my employees. I did call back to report the problem and they told me, disconnect the bat for 30 minutes and it will work. I did what they told me and call back after 30 minutes. the ECM can not start the car. They told me Their ECM perfect and tested. They told me sending the car for someone else to repair. And they hang up the phone. I send the ECM back to them on the same day (US Post Office confirmation #03102644000212995118). I had to pay for the second post mail $20.00.

    I am a master technician certified for over 15 years. I know what I am doing and own my shop. I knew their ECM bad. They dinied their problem. I want the refund and stop doing business with them. They didn't want to refund. what is a company.
