We had ALL cooling and heating come for Preventative maintenance on our airconditioner.The first tech Bryan serviced the air unit outside and the air handler inside.He blew a fuse and had to replace it.when he turned the air on again he blew the fan motor spoke to his boss and left.HE was here from 1 till 430pm.tThe company sent another tech at 7pm.He came to replace the fan motor and he did.He called the owner and when we spoke to him he informed us we had to pay for the part even though they broke it. The owner Abe got an attitude with us and told us he didnt care how we felt about paying and if I didnt like it call the Better Busniss Bureau
In the end a $34.95 maintenance call cost me $332.95.Being retired and on a fixed income I have to report this company as a rip off Thank you
