All County Preffered of Rockledge, FL in the direct authority of a Mrs. Njeri Gishia-Broussard has led a fraudulent case against me (Stacey Linn) in the amount of $4945.19 with a collection agency by the name of Sunrise Credit Services.   No attempt had been made to contact me prior to recieving a bill in the previously mentioned amount for an entire 6 month period of time even though e-mail and phone correspondences remained the same.  I can produce e-mails correspondances in the count of 60+ which will in fact prove the denial of facts provided as well as dismissal of all wrong doings on the behalf of All County Preferred,   Not only am I seeking restituition on my behalf - but I also speak for tenants whom continue under thier representation.  Over a year before leaving my condo - I informed All County Preferred of my faulty wiring connected to my smoke detector.  It was never as simple as a battery change, the system was connected directly into the ceiling.  Upon meeeting with the currrent tenant at 3515K I discovered this has still not been addressed.  In my opinion, it is a huge lack of  concern for every single tenant connected to the unit.  I would expect that "someone" might be very interested to hear of this indiscretion.  I have several written notices of complaints concerning the practices of All County Preferred and believe it is of great importance for furthur investigation.   Thank you  ,     Stacey Linn
