ITS A SCAM

All Day Auto Transport are absolute theifs.  They will give you a LOW price to beat competitors but they will not move your vehicle.  They sound like a bunch of kids on the telephone and all they want is the 16 digits to your credit/debit card.  They told me they will take my credit card and not run it until the vehicle is dispatched.

Well they did not do one thing they promised me and they flat out SCAMMED ME!!  i am so upset and i can not afford to give them the $220 that they stole from my VISA card.  I got hit with an overdraft fee and they OWNER told me there is nothing he can do and hung up on me.

I wouldnt wish my worst enemy to do business with these con artists.  It is so unfair what they do.  They beat all my prices just to STEAL my Credit card.  They ran my $220 and i didnt not okay it with them...they just did it anyway.  DO NOT USE these scammers

Best service Highly recommended.

AUTHOR: Jamie - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, April 12, 2018

We have used AllDayAutoTransport for both airport pick ups and drop offs as well as their stretch limousine service and limo buses for parties and events. They are always punctual, have clean vehicles, great drivers and the sound system in their vehicles is always awesome. Plus, bonus points to their office staff for total professionalism. I would recommend these guys for all the services they offer. Highly recommended.

All Day Auto Transport

AUTHOR: Murphymets99 - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 27, 2015

ALl Day Auto Transport sucks.

All Day Auto Transport is a family owned and operated car shipping company that safely transports cars and motorcycles, across the country and internationally. The owners Daniel and Justin started the company out of Daniel’s parents garage back in 2009 and now employ over 20 people  in our Corporate Head Quarters in Coral Springs , Florida as well as a recently opened West Coast office in Los Angeles that now has 10 employees.  Co-Owner Justin Brain was recently interviewed by a local 7 news station on entrepreneurship & the importance of small business

Our mission statement when we opened the company in 2009 was to provide full-service car transportation, picking up your car at its origin and safely delivering it to your chosen destination while bringing transparency and reliability to the auto shipping industry.”

My boyfriend and i are expecting our car today. signed a contract for $900, then driver calls and says its going to be $1000. Ummm no, we have a contract that states otherwise. company is contacted and speak to a young woman who is rude right off the bat then has the nerve to HANG UP on the customer (dont i pay your salary and you're hanging up on me? what a way to treat the customer) then this girl has the nerve to say thats shes the owner? more bs. finally get to speak to the "owner" and basically told that we are SOL. sorry cant refund your money, its non-refundable. yea the $900 but the extra $100 that i didnt agree to is. id be happy to post my contract if anyone would like to see it. arent contracts legally binding? i dont get scammed, you guys messed with the wrong girl and this will get messy. im blasting this EVERYWHERE

John, who has nothing to do with any of this...to answer your condescending question the home address is where I began the business and we moved into the office 6 months later in May of 2010. The person won't post a contract because it's not a customer of ours and again I write how it's amazing that this site allows random people to bash companies and devalue legitimate complaints from people that really did have a bad experience any other given company. We;re C rated on the BBB because we don't pay their yearly fee to be accredited and yes you may find 1 or 2 complaints around the internet considering we have about 500 customers per month and have been in business for over 2 years the few customers that have complained on similar internet sites is only relative to the amount of business we do. All of this is neither here nor there since this complaint is not from a customer of ours.

Dig A Little Deeper Here

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

OK, we have a small business, working out of a private residence, with a C- rating from the local BBB.  Did a search in Yahoo and found even more complaints. You guys used to operate from another address, right?

And of course knowing that Justin Brain (the owner) had a previous position as a 'foreclosure consultant' at MDF Financial Services in Deerfield Beach just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy......

Twenty employees in a private residence. Isn't that illegal?

Justin, does your mother know you're doing this in her house??? To the victim: Recheck you card charge and see if the company names match up. I suspect it won't. If you want you can scan the contract and post a copy here for all to see. I'm curious to see how it's actually written.

Real Customer?

AUTHOR: justin - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, September 30, 2011

If this is a real customer contact me and we'll issue a refund if there was a mistake. It sounds like this is a competitor just trying to bash our company since they are saying nothing of substance. Every single client of ours signs a contract before we charge any broker fee so the fact that this person is saying we didn't have authorization leads us to believe this is a total false claim. False claims like these just devalue other legit claims about other companies on this site. We've been in business for over 2 years and never had a complaint on this site to date and it's sad that Rip Off Report allows false claims to stay like this to hurt a small business who employ's 20 individuals in a down economy.

Dispute the charge.

Simply dispute the charge with the credit card company, might take a few weeks but should get the money back.
