I called All Day Slim and I cancel my free trail and they cancel it on 1/3/2012 and the next day they took $64 .95 out of my account and they did not tell me they were going to take $64.95 dollars out of my account.

I called them on 01/04/2012 and they refuse to give me a refund and they told me I have to pay for the All Day Slim and I told them I do not want the All Day Slim and they told me you opened the package and we do not take the product back if you open it and they said we do not give refunds back.

If you sign up for a Free Trial and you cancel it on time which I did they should not have the wright to charge you card and they got rude with me and hanged up on me.

Bad Customer Service that for sure and they should not be in business they should be sued.
