ALL DREAMS VACATION TRATOCORP From Las Vegas to Orlando FLorida , Internet

I purchased a vacation packets that was advertise in a TV station. They gave me Orlando FL, Cancun Mexico and Punta Cana Dominican Republic.

 I live in las Vegas, so I though it would be a good thing to take my grandchildren to Disney in Orlando Florida.  I had my daughter in law to call and make the reservation for the the first week of June because is there 3rd birthday.

When she made the recreation she explain to the lady that we needed the confirmation by the 17th of May because I already had a plain ticket for the 18th (today) and I was arriving in Miami early morning on the 18th so I needed all the information. Prior to this day we had called the agency and have left several messages and no one has called us back.

I have sent emails with no luck and even gave my new phone number. My daughter in law called and she got through and the lady (Paola Esquivel) told her that she would get all the information by the date needed.

Here I am in Florida and NO INFORMATION!!!
 i think that this kind of thing should not happen.....
