all in the family James Linzi Kimberly Linzi contracted for yard work, did not provide services paid for Boise Idaho

On 10-28-17. James Linzi agreed to clean up leaves, mow, remove and kill stumps of weed trees, and prune overhanging limbs from back yard. Leaves were picked up and lawn mowed, but was reluctant to do any of the pruning. At my insistence, he worked on the biggest overhanging limb, but did not finish that job. The agreed to return the following day to finish that, and to remove and kill the weed trees in flower beds. Insisted on full payment in advance, emphasizing that he was licensed, which (he claimed) meant he could be required to do what he said.

He did not return the following day; I waited about a week to call, and he said HE had decided to wait until he returned for the fine cleanup (after remainder of leaves had fallen) to do the pruning. I called for that followup in late November, but he never showed up. I called dozens of times, getting various excuses, and future dates which were again ignored. At one point he agreed to add cleaning gutters to compensate me for the delays, but still never returned. I finally went to his house, talked to Kimberly Linzi (whose name is on the business license) and she initially agreed to return "a lot of" my money, but that I would have to wait until her payday. Instead, I got a semi-bi=eligerent call from James Linzi, telling me how much the lawn bags had cost, etc, but saying they would have a crew over that weekend.

This didn't happen, but one afternoon the following week, without announcement, someone came by and raked some leaves into piles let the dogs out of the back yard, and left without cleaning the flower beds or even bagging the leaves. I have made numerous calls since; many were unanswered, finally started again getting excuses and future promised completion dates. It is now 5 months since this fiasco started and I still have leaves piled in the yard, in folwer beds, gutters full, and trees still unpruned and untreated.
