I wish I could get this company off line. I ordered 2 dvd sets from them. The first set was a Robin Hood series. They put a disc from another show in the set so I'm missing 3 episodes. They said they would send me another and it's been 6 mths. and still waiting to receive it. Of course it's too late to get a refund on it because they say it's past their 90 policy. Not that it would matter because the other set I ordered was a Beauty and the Beast series that came to me with episodes that won't play and some episodes were not completed and some had a weather alert come across the screen so I now know they were bootlegged.
They promised me a refund a month ago, and I even got an email confirmation for it but have still not received the refund. Now you can't get a person to answer their phone, he live chat seems to be shut down, and they never return my emails. They were so friendly on the live chat when I would talk to them and seemed genuinely concerned and always told me they would get in touch with their manager and have her email me. Hasn't happened yet. These people need to be shut down. They are still taking orders and you can't even get them to respond to anything accept taking your money. Please somebody do something.
