Yes, I made the mistake of not checking them out!

When one needs a moving company, the Yellow Pages seems an obvious place to look, and I merely required a licensed and insured company for a simple move of a few miles. Of course, as the move developed the problems and charges mounted to a comical degree, and it was especially hilarious to hear the company stooges repeat over the phone to me lines which were obviously well-rehearsed and I knew must have been repeated to hundreds or thousands of people who had previously made the mistake of hiring "All My Sons".

A simple internet search will show that "All My Sons" has been engaging in these activities for years right across the United States and all of their depots are run by a different family member. (Internet search tip:- Spero and All My Sons moving). Still, as I recognised immediately that they must behave this way every day with customers in every State, the possibility of a Class Action lawsuit formed in my mind and it also seemed that their 'business model' might be open to charges under the RICO Act.

While it is true that almost anything goes here in Florida and business ethics in the Sunshine State are more akin to those of the old 'Wild West', the RICO Statutes and Class Action lawsuits are one possible way to make life a little better for everyone.

Wade Kingsland is being sued by All My Sons Moving

AUTHOR: Mr. Malakies - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, December 15, 2008

Way to go Wade! It is public record that you are getting sued for your stuipid and unfounded comments about All My sons, and specifically the owner. I am sure they will have a field day with your most recent comments on this site. I guess you just never learn. I wonder how your hot shot wife, the doctor, is putting up with all of you childish games. Get a job and get a life. Most of us don't need our wives to bring home the bacon while we're playing on the internet crying like a bunch of girls like you. If you were half the man that you challenge others to be, you would have confronted the movers. i guess it's easier to write blogs like a teenage school girl instead.

I know you're a man, but details, please!

AUTHOR: Sickoyourwhining - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 07, 2008

Wow, Wade. For someone who doesn't want to take things personally, you sure make a lot of personal allegations and comments to those involved. I get ill when I see ridiculous people like you make discriminatory comments against total strangers who have no personal issue with you. So ill that I am moved to respond without vested interest in this complaint.

Your comments are out of line and do nothing to aid in resolving your issue, which you have yet to describe in details that would bring value to readers. You're like the Ripoff bully, waving incomplete information of a lawsuit in from of All My Sons and challenging an owner who's land of origin has NOTHING to do with business practices.

Furthermore, please leave your opinions of how wrong it is to you for a man to "hide behind a woman from Texas" to yourself. Attacking someone's credibilty by falsing implying they aren't performing to your ideal gender specifications while simultaneously implying your outdated beliefs that women in business are out of place (apparently especially when they're in front of a man, and a Greecian at that!) weakens your argument and, to anyone with a hint more intelligence than you (which I estimate is 75% of the US AND Greek population), suggests your powers of thought are limited.

Thoughts on Cynthia from All My Sons

AUTHOR: Wade - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 05, 2007

I have seen that a woman named Cynthia Taylor in Texas has been responding to the numerous allegations of crimes perpetrated by "All My Sons" over the years. Since I can find no evidence that Cynthia Taylor is a criminal defense attorney, it is difficult for me to understand her purpose here and I think we'd all appreciate hearing exactly what her position and responsibilities are at "All My Sons Moving and Storage" and how much she knows about the national operation. After all, she might be useful as a witness in Court someday soon. It is especially disappointing to me as a Classical Scholar and friend of Greece who has done business with many Greek people over the years to see Spero Georgedakis hiding behind a woman in Texas; I don't recall either King Leonides or Archbishop Makarios ever hiding behind a woman instead of facing up to their responsibilities. I have made the decision not to take this personally, and it really makes no difference to me what a man chooses to do for a living. However, I shall defend my wife's interests in the traditional manner, and if either Spero or George were to call and apologise to her like men for what has occurred and use their imagination as to how to compensate for what happened to her last week then they really might be helping themselves.....

The Weakest Link For Moving Companies

AUTHOR: Wade - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 05, 2007

Always remember that any conspiracy is only as strong as its weakest link. Have no doubt that the men who are performing back-breaking work nationwide for moving companies at the general rate of $9 per hour will testify to save their own skins. I doubt that any of them are lawyers. Oh, by the way, Arthur Miller's 'All My Sons' has a central character who is involved in racketeering......
