ALL MY SONS MOVING ORLANDO NO customer service at all, worst move ever Orlando, Florida

I had so many problems with this company. The crew they sent were careless, 3 guys were going through the house, in different rooms, putting stuff onto the truck, yet I was supposed to check all that was going in and initialing at the end that all was loaded. safely. There was no way for me to watch all three and know what they were doing. They completely destroyed my kitchen counters by dragging metal planters over them. Several large furniture pieces were broken, as was the hot tub.

Getting them to fix everything while the house was on the market was a nightmare. It dragged out for almost 3 months. I got estimates, they wanted 2nd estimates from their friends and family. The guy who eventually did the plumbing was not even licensed, but a friend who had time to come over that day.

Since all the of the paperwork was rushed during the loading, I didn't have the proper itemization for claims on broken property once everything was delivered. Once again, they had 4 people unloading boxes and furniture, all piled into the garage, and then a page for me to sign. I never got to inspect each box for damage. I was told I had 90 days to do all that, and that was wrong. I had until they left my property, at which point it is assumed I did the damage.

They are very unprofessional, charge on the higher end, and don't have any customer service. BEWARE!
