 I hired Manny Rodriguez of All New Outdoor Solutions to remove a tree stump. He arrived an hour late, worked to loosen it for about an hour and then said that he would need to come back the next day to pull it out with his truck. He asked that I pay him the agreed upon $80 now. I was hesitant but after some further conversation and his reassurances I agreed. He didn't show the next day and stopped responding to texts and calls. Two days later after repeated attempts to contact him he finally answered and claimed he dropped his phone. He agreed to come back that Satuday at 8am but again didn't show or respond to attempts to contact him. I no longer have any confidence that he intends to finish the job he was paid for.
