All Over United Moving Moving nightmare, unscrupulous, crooked, uncooperative, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, unethical and dishonest Pembroke Park, Florida

My nightmare continues with All Over United Moving after finally receiving my move after a long battle that lasted almost 8 months my furniture arrived badly damaged.  My 3 month old bedroom set is almost unusable.  I had a 4 poster bed 3 of the bedposts are snapped in halfmy gentlemans chest of drawer was also badly damaged the feet damaged completely.  When I received my furniture, I completed the insurance form and sent it back certified mail requesting a signature.  It was received by All Over United Moving the end of September 2011.  I have called 3 times since then.  I actually spoke with Melissa last week and was told the infamous Check is in the mail for my insurance claim.  Actually, what came in the mail was a settlement form that I needed to sign and send back.  They offered me $60 for all the damage.  According to the agreement I am entitled to $.60 per lb.  They are saying my gentlemens chest weighed 50 lbs, but I contacted the manufacturer and it weighs 318 lbs.  My bed posts are 37 lbs a piece, not the 25 lbs they offered.  I called them today and explained what I had found out.  They are not willing to pay what I am entitled to.  I explained that I would go back to my contacts within the Department of Transportation, who were able to assist me in getting my move finally settled and they could care less. 

So I am going back out of these websites to again let people know not to use this company for their move.  You will be very sorry!!  So again, I am fighting with the same moving company dealing with the same issues.  Please do yourself a favor and hire a reputable and trustworthy moving company.
