I purchased a kitten from this store and that night I noticed that it had a worm problem. The next day I brought the kitten back to the pet store and the owner Laurie Pickersgill refused to do anything and said that she doesnt back up her products if they dont bring her a profit.I explained to her that she sold me a sick animal and she resxponded by yelling and screaming about how she doesnt make money off of the sale of kittens.
A few days later I noticed that my kitten was sneezing and not moving around a lot so I brought him to the Vet. The vet was very upset in the appearence of my kitten, he said that he was very under weight and was running a fever. I was charged for the isit plus the medicine and went on my way. five days later I brought my kitten back to the vet because he had an eye infection that had to be treated as well, this also cost me more money.
Finally I went to the owner of all pet and asked her to pay for the vet bills and she refused again because she doesn't want to loose a profit. This company is poorly run and hates their customers as much as the animals they sell, I would not recomend anyone to ever buy anything from this place.

I am the owner of All Pet Headquarters and have been for over 20 years. The kitten was neutered approximately a week prior to leaving and was healthy at that time. It was also healthy when it left our establishment. Tape worm is a common occurence in kittens.
As soon as we were made aware of the issue attempts were made to work with this customer. The kitten was treated for tape worm by our veterinarian at NO cost to the customer. As with the tape worm he was more than welcome to see our vet regarding the sneezing and the kitten would have been treated at no cost to him. However he chose to see a different veterinarian and did not inform us of that until after the visit. Therefore any cost that resulted from that visit would be at his own expense.
We are a family owned operation and care very deeply for our animals. In 2006 All Pet Headquarters in cooperation with Concerned People for Animals adopted 437 spayed or neutered cat & kittens and 40 spayed or neutered dogs. I feel that that record speaks for itself.
