On May 22, 2007, I hired All Pro Movers to transport my household goods from Atlanta, GA to Houston, TX. The agreement was to pick-up, wrap and delivery my goods in 5 to 7 business days at the total cost of $800. The upfront payment of $482 paid by cashiers check and the balance upon delivery. They picked-up the goods and wrapped them on the morning of May 30, 2007. I was supposed to have my goods delivered the following week. After several days they were not delivered and I was not given a day or time when I should expect their delivery.

On June 13, 2007, two weeks after pick-up and following countless phone calls, messages left and given a different story from every member of the staff, I flew back to Atlanta to find out what happened to my goods. The goods were being stored in a warehouse owned by All Pro Movers. I was told the truck making the delivery broke down and I would get my things in 3 more business days.

On June 20, 2007 three weeks after pick-up, I decided to take matters into my own hands and hire another moving company to deliver my goods, at a cost of $1,100. After several phone calls and possible involvement of the authorities they finally released my goods to the new moving company.

On June 26, 2007, I received all my goods which were delivered to my new residence by the new moving company.
