The welds on both sides of the hydraulic support are SUPPOSED to be welded completely and securely to the frame of the trailer. In this case it is obvious that the welder or the equipment was not adequate for the job at hand. When speaking to the supervisor at All Pro West Trailers Superstore, I was told that this sort of thing happens all the time with their trailers. He said I have not looked at the pictures you sent me, but it is a load issue. At some point that trailer has been overloaded. And we do not warranty load related problems Well, the truth is that I babied the trailer and did not use it very often. It is rated for 7-1/4 tons. The hydraulics would not lift the 6 tons top soil I had in it on a hot, dry summer day. We had to shovel much of it off by hand, it was kind of embarrassing and with the remaining weight in it, it would not come up evenly which was twisting the frame. Why did this happen? The support for the hydraulics was not completely welded to the frame and it was welded using the weakest type of welding equipment to Speed Up Production. Profit over quality!!! So, to sum it up All Pro West Trailers Superstore sold me a piece of equipment that could not do what it was rated and advertised to do to, it was unsafe and an accident waiting to happen. I thank God that it did not break while I was pulling it. When it did brake do to inferior workmanship, under light usage they didnt even offer to fix the product that they made an above average profit on. I cannot even believe it has come to this!!!

Greg B, please be aware that there are (2) seperate Trailer businesses with no affiliation to each other with the name All Pro - Our Trailer Superstore is located in Mechanicsburg, PA (allprowest.com) and we are a dealer only, not a manufacturer.
The dump trailer shown in the photo is not a design we sell. This is not our trailer. You may need to research the company located in Florida that manufacturers trailers - they are allprotrailers.com - All Pro Trailers out of Florida also has a post on their website stating that these 2 businesses are not to be confused and are not affiliated in any way.
If you need assistance in any way researching this, please call me, I would be happy to help you. After you research this, we would also like to ask that you please consider revising the business name, address and website in your report to the appropiate business you have been dealing with. Thank you.
